I guess to me it is just common netiquette to not take something w/o first making sure you're allowed. It's more than likely that that user found my image on another site like photobucket not knowing where it came from. The original person that took it probably had no care or knowledge of copyright so being more descriptive on the 'do not take' probably wouldn't have mattered.

Beyond that this image has already been spreading over the internet for almost 4 years now, and it would be almost impossible for me to stop everyone everywhere from using it . Truthfully the person I made it for hasnt spoken to me in years anyways.
