Have you heard about Custom User Boxes on DeviantArt yet?

Follow the steps in the description after step 4 as you don't need to upload anything anywhere. You could also simply copy the code from the custom boxes you're already using

. To use this Bg instead of the ones you have already you simply replace the image url already in the code with this image's url. The instructions to do this are at the link I gave
